These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Myndspecie at sorted.quest (the “Service”), operated by ThinkWell Labs LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using the Service, checking the box confirming you agree, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Myndspecie is a self-knowledge cognitive-pattern instrument. You answer an assessment, and the Service renders a personal generative geometric form (your “myndspecie”) that represents how your cognition is organized. A free tier renders the form; paid tiers unlock a written cognitive-orientation report and, over time, additional digital artifacts. Results are descriptive, not prescriptive. The Service may change, add, or remove features at any time.
Important. Myndspecie is an informational and self-development tool only. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic, therapeutic, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for assessment or treatment by a qualified professional.
Using the Service does not create any doctor-patient, therapist-client, coaching, or other professional relationship between you and us. Its outputs are not a diagnosis, and must not be relied upon for medical, mental-health, employment, legal, financial, or other important decisions.
If you are in distress, experiencing a mental-health crisis, or may harm yourself or others, do not use this Service to seek help — contact a qualified professional or your local emergency or crisis line immediately.
The Service is for adults aged 27 years or older. By using it you represent and warrant that you are 27 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is not offered to, and may not be used by, minors or anyone under this age threshold.
You may use parts of the Service without an account. If you create an account or sign in (including as a guest), you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You may delete your data at any time using the in-app “Manage my data” controls or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid tiers and digital items are one-time purchases. Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and may change over time. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS.
Purchases are digital products delivered to you immediately upon completion of payment. Because delivery is immediate and the product is intangible and consumed on receipt, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you receive access right away and you expressly request immediate delivery.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived under the State of Wyoming, United States or other mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial self-development. You agree not to:
The Service — including the instrument, the assessment, the scoring methods, the myndspecie renderer, the software, the visual design, and all related content and trademarks — is owned by ThinkWell Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted here, we reserve all rights.
Your personal results are yours to keep: you may view, download, and share your own myndspecie and cognitive-orientation report for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform, models, or design to you.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, RESULTS, AND ARTIFACTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any result, score, myndspecie, or report is accurate, complete, reliable, or suited to any particular purpose. Outputs are generated in part by automated and AI systems and may contain errors or omissions. You use the Service and rely on its outputs at your own discretion and risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ThinkWell Labs LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThinkWell Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States for any dispute not subject to mandatory local consumer-protection rules, which continue to apply where they cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where changes are material, provide more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
